By creating an account or using LifeScore (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms.
The Service
LifeScore is a personal productivity and scorecard tool. Free and paid (Pro) plans may apply; current pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Features and limits may change with notice.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By upgrading you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancel anytime via the customer billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the Service (e.g. attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, scrape other users’ data, or use the Service for unlawful purposes). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content
You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the Service. You can export your data from Settings.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. LifeScore is not financial, medical, or professional advice — metrics and scores are tools you configure for yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you use only the free plan).
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
